As the CEO of Global Facility Management (GFM), I bring to the table a rich tapestry of global experiences, leadership qualities, and a relentless drive for excellence that shapes the vision and direction of our company. My career began in Singapore, where I dove into the complexities of the insurance industry, gaining invaluable insights into the business world’s intricacies and dynamics. This foundational experience was followed by a transformative period in the Singapore Army, where, as a platoon sergeant over two years, I developed a deep appreciation for discipline, teamwork, and leadership under pressure.
Seeking further challenges and growth, I embarked on an international journey to Taiwan. It was there, over seven fruitful years, that I not only completed my bachelor’s degree but also took on leadership roles within the automotive and agricultural sectors, specifically in a car firm and a chicken factory. Each role lasted two years and allowed me to hone my management skills, adapt to and understand different market dynamics, and cultivate a versatile approach to leadership.
My path then led me to Thailand, where I assumed the role of head of management in the import-export industry. Over four years, I was able to expand my expertise in international trade, further developing my ability to navigate complex global markets and connect with diverse teams and clients across cultures.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I am a person of varied interests, embodying both an adventurous spirit and a serious dedication to personal and professional growth. Golf and gym are not just hobbies but reflections of my commitment to discipline, continuous improvement, and the pursuit of excellence. These personal interests mirror my professional ethos: embracing challenges, setting high standards, and achieving goals with determination and resilience.
